CIO Paul Falor Named Top Technology Professional

We’re pleased to congratulate Chief Information Officer Paul Falor on being named a Top 50 Technology Professional of the 2024 OnConference Icon Awards. This award recognizes global technology professionals who are committed to excellence and exceptional leadership.

Paul is a technology veteran with 25 years in the information security and consulting industries. In his career, he’s found the perfect balance between consulting and technology, landing his current role of 10 years with North Highland.

In addition to spearheading technology initiatives within the firm, Paul serves his community as a member of the Atlanta Technology Professionals (ATP) Executive Advisory Board and the Fulton County School Governance Council. He even used his love for technology and the community to help others. During the COVID-19 pandemic PPE shortage, Paul partnered with a few local medical facilities to make face shields and reusable masks with his 3D printer–delivering over 1,000 units.

Paul inspires others wherever he goes, and being named a Top Technology Professional speaks to his success in the field and to his heart for supporting others.

“I’m honored to be named a Top Technology Professional by my peers and colleagues,” said Paul. “This recognition is not just about me but about the collective impact and innovations that draw people together. As long as I’m able to make a positive difference in the lives of others, I know my efforts will continue to outlive me.”

The Top 50 Technology Professionals award was determined through peer voting. Participants were instructed to vote for those who greatly impacted their current and previous organizations, contributed to their professional community through thought leadership, pushed for innovation in their role, and exhibited exceptional leadership.

All winners were honored during the virtual awards ceremony in April 2024.
